Ⓠ: Can I return something if I don't like it?

Ⓐ:Due to the nature of the products we sell, unfortunately we do not accept returns if you don't like it. If there's an unusual circumstance where the error is on our part, we will gladly accept a return and send the correct item.

Ⓠ: How long does shipping take?

Ⓐ:Orders for our Lioness Locs, if in stock can take 2 to 7 business days to process and ship.

Orders for Custom Handmade Loc Bundles can take 2-4 weeks to process and ship. We will always do our best to contact customers to advise them of any unforeseen changes.

Ⓐ: Yes. As USPS is deemed essential, we will continue to accept orders and ship weekly.
